Young athletes spend most of their time training their bodies… but what separates average athletes from elite athletes is the mind!
We worked with a professional mindfulness teacher to create specific meditations and visualizations to help players develop their game and their mind.
Visualization: If you want to master a series of complex movements or read specific situations in your environment, it's essential to visualize them in detail, both mentally and physically. Using visualization helps you anticipate situations and anchor your movements in your brain and body, improving accuracy and results.
